The short version

This site is built to know as little about you as possible. The fee calculator runs in your browser and sends nothing unless you ask it to. There is no advertising tracking and we do not sell or share visitor data.

What the site collects

Nothing you type in the calculator leaves your browser, except when you choose "email me this estimate": then your email address and the estimate are sent once, used to send that one message, and not stored by the site.

Standard server logs. Our host (Cloudflare) keeps ordinary technical logs, such as IP addresses and requested pages, for security and reliability.

Privacy-friendly analytics. If analytics are enabled, they are cookie-free and aggregate: page counts, not people. No cross-site tracking, no profiles.

Escrow files are different

When you open an escrow with us, the file itself contains real financial information. That information is governed by California escrow law and our regulatory obligations, is used only to close your transaction, and is never sold. This page covers the website; your officer can answer questions about the file.
