Complaint policy
Start with us
Tell the officer on your file first; most problems are fixed the same day. If you would rather speak to management, ask for the escrow manager at (714) 544-6525 or write to info@ameescrow.com with your escrow number and what happened.
A person reviews every complaint. We respond, in writing when you ask for it, and we tell you what we found and what we are doing about it.
Your right to go to the regulator
Alliance Mutual Escrow is an independent escrow company licensed by the California Department of Financial Protection and Innovation (DFPI). You may file a complaint with the DFPI at any time, whether or not you contact us first. The DFPI accepts complaints online at dfpi.ca.gov.
What we will never do
We will not release funds without signed instructions, and we will not retaliate against anyone for complaining, to us or to the regulator. Neutrality is the product; accountability is part of it.
